Right from the start, we always felt that CRMs were a very difficult thing to handle with so much information spread across many places. We, along with our designing and development teams, went back to the drawing board to make sure not to make the same mistake. After many hours of hard work and consultations with UI designers as well as our software engineers who directly manage user journey online, we were able to surmount the One Window Challenge. Now, customers can get all information related to a particular Account at one place. This availability of information at one place does not only make the life of Sales Managers easy in terms of information management but they can also view all KPIs and accordingly develop business relationships with each customer.
